Were your more drawn to those posts with personal reflections or did you prefer to read blogs in which the author focused on the issues important to school leaders?

as administrator, i prefer to read about important issues facing my job.  Personal issues are fine in moderation but when i read a blog or look up a blog, i am looking for information to help me with my jog.  Personal thoughts should be left in Facebook.   JMO.
